Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over €70,-. For orders under €70,-., a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed and shipped within1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Orders shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany will be delivered within a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery typically takes place within 3 business days after dispatch. This service is free for orders over €60,-.
You have the right to return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including tags, accessories, and instructions.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval of your refund within 5–7 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
