🔄 Return Period

You have the right to return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including tags, accessories, and instructions.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Products that are custom-made or personalized.

• Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., underwear or socks). This also applies to products that were delivered sealed where the seal has been broken.

• Digital downloads or gift cards.
  

 

💳 Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5–7 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will ask you to send photographs of the defect or damage so that we can quickly assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

❌ Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to process the cancellation, but we cannot guarantee this if the order is already being processed. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you may return it under our standard return policy once you receive it.
