📦 Processing Time

Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

🚚 Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Orders shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany will be delivered within a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery typically takes place within 3 business days after dispatch. This service is free for orders over €70,-.

📧 Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which will include a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment in real-time. Please note that it may take several hours for the tracking information to become available.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

Invincible is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you track your order and will file a claim with the carrier if necessary. ✏️ Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form.
